Abstract

ABSTRAK Antrian adalah sesuatu yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Proses antrian dimulai pada saat pasien yang memerlukan pelayanan mulai datang pada suatu fasilitas pelayanan, menunggu dalam barisan antrian, dilayani dan akhirnya meninggalkan fasilitas tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi Pasien Rawat Jalan Non Racikan. Sistem antrian pada Instalasi Farmasi adalah multichannel single phase, disiplin antrian adalah yang pertama datang yang pertama dilayani serta kapasitas kedatangan dan pelayanan tidak terbatas. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada waktu kedatangan pasien dan waktu pelayanan pasien diperoleh rata-rata kedatangan 16,66 pasien per jam, rata-rata pelayanan 14,82 menit per pasien, probabilitas masa sibuk 68%, probabilitas semua petugas menganggur 8%, rata-rata jumlah pasien dalam sistem 7,96 pasien per jam, rata-rata jumlah pasien dalam antrian 3,84 pasien per jam, rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam sistem 28,2 menit dan rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam antrian 13,8 menit per pasien. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, pelayanan dapat dikatakan perlu perbaikan. Untuk memperbaiki sistem antrian tersebut, maka dilakukan pemodelan sistem dengan Software Production Modeler (ProModel). ProModel digunakan karena dapat menyajikan kombinasi yang paling tepat dalam memodelkan segala kondisi. Setelah dilakukan usulan dengan menambah 1 orang petugas pada penyiapan obat dan dicoba dengan aplikasi promodel maka didapat informasi waktu rata-rata pasien dalam sistem terdapat perbaikan menjadi 9,55 menit. The queue process starts when patients who need service start coming to a service facility, waiting in line, served and finally leaving the facility. The study was conducted at the Non Concoction Outpatient Pharmacy Installation. The queuing system in Pharmacy Installation is a single phase multichannel, queuing discipline is first come first served and unlimited arrival and service capacity. This can be seen at the time of arrival of the patient and the time the patient's service was obtained the average arrival of 16.66 patients per hour, the average service 14.82 minutes per patient, the probability of a busy period of 68%, the probability of all officers being unemployed 8%, the average number of patients in the system 7.96 patients per hour, average the average number of patients in the queue was 3.84 patients per hour, the average waiting time in the system was 28.2 minutes and the average waiting time in the queue was 13.8 minutes per patient. From the results obtained, the service can be said to need improvement. To improve the queuing system, modeling the system using Software Production Modeler (ProModel) is carried out. ProModel is used because it can present the most appropriate combination in modeling all conditions. After the proposal was made by adding 1 person to the preparation of the drug and trying it with a promodel application, information on the average time of patients in the system was improved to 9.55 minutes.
