Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, employee engagement, and work family conflict on performance of PT. Bank BRI Tangerang Branch Office. Subjects in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BRI Tangernag Branch Office. The sample used was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used a questionnaire. With the Likert quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work family conflict has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement, Work Family Conflict, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, employee engagement, dan work family conflict terhadap kinerja pada pegawai PT. Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Tangerang. Subject pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai PT. Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Kuisioner. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
