Abstract
The movement of Indonesian vanilla commodity supply has a good impact, in the background Indonesia is the second supplier after Madagascar. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the supply chain in order to improve and stabilize the supply chain of Indonesian vanilla commodities. The measurement of supply chain performance is evaluated by the Analytical Hirarcy Process (AHP) compiled through the principle of Supply Chain Operation Refrence (SCOR). The population and sample in this study were 11 respondents whose researchers scheduled a brainstorming discussion and a weighting questionnaire related to this research study in which the sampling method was a purposive approach based on relevant criteria. The analytical method is described with the Van Der Vorst principle in the following types of supply chain systematics, and the evaluation of chain performance is carried out through the AHP principle. The results of the analysis after normalized through Snorm De Boer planning elements, quantity and reliability have the most important reference. So the policy strategy that was formed was the fostering of local farmers, designing a greenhouse plantation system, cultivating tissue culture and processing the vanilla commodity distribution system. Key Words: Supply Chain Performance, SCOR-AHP, Agribusiness, Bioprocess Pergerakan suplai komoditas vanili Indonesia memiliki dampak yang baik, secara latar belakang Indonesia merupakan pemasok kedua setelah Madagaskar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasok dalam rangka meningkatkan dan menstabilkan rantai pasok komoditas vanili Indonesia. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dievaluasi dengan Analitical Hirarcy Process (AHP) yang disusun melalui prinsip Supply Chain Operation Refrence (SCOR). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 responden yang peneliti jadwalkan diskusi secara brainstorming dan pembobotan kuesioner terkait dengan kajian penelitian ini dimana metode sampling pendekatan purposive bedasarkan kriteria yang relevan. Metode analisis dideskritifkan dengan prinsip Van Der Vorst pada jenis berikut sistematika rantai pasok, dan evaluasi kinerja rantai dilakukan melalui prinsip AHP. Hasil analisis setelah dinormalisasikan melalui Snorm De Boer elemen perencanaan, kuantitas dan keandalan memiliki acuan yang terpenting. Maka kebijakan strategi yang dibentuk adalah pembinaan terhadap petani lokal, merancang sistem perkebunan greenhouse, budidaya kultur jaringan dan pengeolahan sistem distribusi komoditas vanili.
