Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of Commitment organizational and jobs satisfication on the need for Turnover intention of PT. Pelayaran Samudera Selatan. The object of this research is 49 employees of PT. Pelayaran Samudera Selatan. Data collection methods using Kuesioner methods and the sample is saturated sample, The approach used in this research is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed Commitment organizational has positive and significant affect on Turnover Intention. Job satisfication has positive and significant affect on Turnover Intention Keywords: Commitment organizational, job satisfication and Turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Pelayaran Samudera Selatan. Objek penelitian ini adalah 49 karyawan PT. Pelayaran Samudera Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktural Berbasis Komponen atau Varians dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Kata kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intention
