Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, leadership style, and motivation to work productivity on employees of PT. Antaran Sukses Express. The population of this research are employees of PT. Antaran Sukses Express amounted 97 employees and the sampling technique using saturation sampling which all the population part are use. The data collection method is to use a questionnaire. Data analysis used is double linear regression and processed by the program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) version 21. The results of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Leadership style has no effect on work productivity. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity Keyword : Compensation, Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Antaran Sukses Express Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Antaran Sukses Express yang berjumlah 97 karyawan dan teknik pemngambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.
