Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sangat penting mempertahankan kualitasnya untuk dapat berdaya saing serta meningkatkan produktivitasnya. MIP sebagai salah satu PT Swasta yaitu MIP terus mengupayakan perbaikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), kualitas riset (X3), kepuasan konsumen (Y1) dan produktivitas PT (Y2) menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS dengan responden sebanyak 60 mahasiswa dan 30 dosen. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hipotesis yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu hipotesis H2 “Pengaruh Kualtias Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Y1)” dan hipotesis H3 “Pengaruh Kepuasan Konsumen (Y1) terhadap Produktivitas Perguruan Tinggi (Y2)” dengan memiliki nilai ttabel > 1,96 dan pvalue < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk hipotesis yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu adalah hipotesis H1 “Pengaruh Kualitas Pembelajaran (X1) terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Y1)” dan hipotesis H4 “Pengaruh Kualitas Riset (X3) terhadap Produktivitas Perguruan Tinggi (Y2) memiliki nilai ttabel < 1,96 dan pvalue > 0,05. Sementara itu, diperoleh upaya perbaikan pada pengaruh hipotesis H1 “Pengaruh Kualitas Pembelajaran (X1) terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Y1)” yaitu dikarenakan masih belum tercapainya proses pembelajaran yang diharapkan mahasiswa maka dosen memberikan metode kegiatan pembelajaran yang interaktif dengan didukung oleh sarana prasana pembelajaran dan penguasaan materi dari dosen sebagai tenaga pendidik. Selanjutnya untuk upaya perbaikan pada pengaruh hipotesis H4 “Pengaruh Kualitas Riset (X3) terhadap Produktivitas Perguruan Tinggi (Y2) yaitu dikarenakan belum tercapainya kesesuaian keluaran Tridharma yang dicapai oleh dosen maka diberikan peningkatan mutu dosen sebagai pihak yang melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pembelajaran, Pelayanan, Riset, Kepuasan Konsumen, Produktivitas Perguruan Tinggi, SEM-PLS Its important to increase the productivity in the competitiveness among Higher Education to fullfilled the customer needs. MIP as one of the Higher Education which continues to strive on continuous improvement in the learning quality (X1), service quality (X2), research quality (X3), customer satisfaction (Y1) and Higher Education productivity (Y2) using the SEM-PLS to respondents 60 students college and 30 lecturers. The result data processing was obtained that the hypothesis was accepted significantly, that are the H2 hypothesis "Influence Service Quality (X2) on Students College Satisfaction (Y1)" and hypothesis H3 "Influence Students College Satisfaction (Y1) on Higher Education Productivity (Y2)" has a value of ttabel > 1.96 and pvalue < 0.05. Whereas the hypothesis was unaccepted significantly that are H1 hypothesis "Influence Learning Quality (X1) on Students College Satisfaction (Y1)" and hypothesis H4 "Research Quality (X3) on Higher Education Productivity (Y2) has a value of ttabel < 1.96 and pvalue > 0.05. Meanwhile, an effort was made to improve the influence of H1 hypothesis "Influence Learning Quality (X1) on Students College Satisfaction (Y1)" that was because the learning process that is not yet expected by students college, so the lecturer provides an interactive learning method supported by the means of learning facilities. Furthermore, an effort was made to improve the influence of hypothesis H4 "The Effect of Research Quality (X3) on Higher Education Productivity (Y2)" that was because output of Tridharma has not been achieved by the lecturer, so lecturer get a chance to improve quality of lecturers to conducting research and community service.
