Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to reveal how much the impact of Green Transformational Leadership and Motivation on Sustainable Corporate Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment (OCBE) as a mediating variable. The method of data collection in this research used a questionnaire method by taking a saturated sample of 40 employees at PT Karya Mandiri Sukses Sentosa. Data analysis used descriptive statistics using SPSS and analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with variance-based multivariate statistical techniques using PLS. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence on green transformational leadership on sustainable corporate performance, 2) There was a positive and significant influence motivation on sustainable corporate performance, 3) There was a positive and significant influence OCBE on sustainable corporate performance, 4) There was a positive and significant influence on Green Transformational leadership towards OCBE, 5) There was a positive and significant influence motivation on OCBE, 6) OCBE mediates the influence of green transformational leadership on sustainable corporate performance, 7) OCBE mediates the influence of motivation on sustainable corporate performance. Keyword : Green Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Sustainable Corporate Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment (OCBE) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership dan Motivasi terhadap Sustainable Corporate Performance dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment (OCBE) sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan mengambil sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 karyawan pada PT Karya Mandiri Sukses Sentosa. Analisis data yang digunakan Statistik Deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan teknik statistika multivarian berbasis varian dengan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh postif dan signifikan Green ransformational leadership terhadap sustainable corporate performance, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi terhadap sustainable corporate performance, 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan OCBE terhadap sustainable corporate performance, 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Green ransformational leadership terhadap OCBE, 5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap OCBE, 6) OCBE memediasi pengaruh antara green transformational leadership terhadap sustainable corporate performance, 7) OCBE memediasi pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap sustainable corporate performance.
