Abstract

The tourism sector in Indonesia has grown significantly over the last four years, it was said by the Minister of Tourism (Arief Yahya, 2019), Ciletuh Geopark located in Sukabumi, West Java is in a geotourism area that can be developed as a place of special geological learning that must be preserved. In an effort to increase the tourist attraction to come it is also necessary to balance with facilities and infrastructure that can meet the needs of both accommodation, in this case the design of a villa and hotel will support in the development of tourism. Villa and Hotel, Geopark are expected to create a lodging that prioritizes the value of local wisdom from local culture with the use of local materials and also become an energy-efficient building and not harm the surrounding community. Sektor pariwisata di Indonesia berkembang secara signifikan selama empat tahun terakhir, hal tersebut di katakan oleh Menteri Pariwisata (Arief Yahya,2019), Geopark Ciletuh yang berada di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat berada di kawasan geowisata yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai tempat pembelajaran geologi secara khusus yang harus di lestarikan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan daya tarik wisata untuk datang perlu juga di imbangi dengan sarana dan prasarana yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan baik itu dalam hal akomodasi, dalam hal ini perancangan sebuah villa dan hotel akan mendukung dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Bangunan Villa dan Hotel, Geopark di harapkan dapat menciptakan sebuah tempat penginapan yang mengedepankan nilai kearifan lokal dari budaya setempat dengan pemanfaatan material lokal dan juga menjadi bangunan yang hemat energi dan tidak merugikan masyarakat sekitar.
