Abstract

Magelang City is one of the areas that has significant progress from various fields in the Central Java Province. Education, trade, tourism and culinary are fields that have experienced significant development. Students, traders and domestic and foreign tourists take turns stopping in the city of Magelang. Tourism is a sector that has the potential to be developed as an asset that is used as a source of income for the country. Therefore, Indonesia as a country that has natural beauty and cultural diversity needs an increase in the tourism sector. To support this, all facilities and infrastructure are needed, one of which is accommodation such as hotels and restaurants. With the application of a green building architectural style and also applying an energy efficient system in the building. Using local materials to make it seem natural and designed to take on patterns, ornaments, and building forms that come from local cultural cultures. Tapak is an area close to rivers and valleys and close to people's homes. The design approach, namely green building, has principles that support the characteristics of accommodating needs that are health-oriented, comfortable, environmentally friendly and increase the wealth of a lifestyle. Therefore, green building principles will utilize solar power, natural air and rainwater to operate the building. Keywords: boutique hotels, franchise restaurants, offices and residences, Green Building. Kota Magelang merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki kemajuan signifikan dari berbagai bidang di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pendidikan, perdagangan, pariwisata dan kuliner adalah bidang yang mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan. Para pelajar, pedagang dan turis domestic maupun mancanegara silih berganti singgah di kota Magelang. Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai asset yang digunakan sebagai sumber penghasilan bagi negara. Oleh karena itu, Indonesia sebagai negara yang memiliki keindahan alam dan keanekaragaman budaya perlu adanya peningkatan sektor pariwisata. Untuk menunjang itu semua dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana, salah satunya tempat penginapan seperti hotel dan resto. Dengan penerapan gaya arsitektur green building dan juga menerapkan sistem hemat energi pada bangunannya. Menggunakan material lokal agar terkesan natural dan didesain mengambil pola, ornament, dan bentuk bangunan yang berasal dari kultur budaya setempat. Tapak merupakan area yang dekat dengan sungai dan lembah serta dekat dengan rumah warga. Pendekatan perancangan yaitu green building, memiliki prinsip yang mendukung karakteristik mewadahi kebutuhan yang berorientasi pada kesehatan, kenyamanan, berwawasan lingkungan dan meningkatkan kekayaan gaya hidup. Maka dari itu, prinsip-prinsip green building akan memanfaatkan tenaga matahari, udara alami dan air hujan untuk mengoperasikan bangunan.
