Abstract
Magelang has beautiful nature, typical of the countryside with cool air and fantastic natural scenery. Local government and private parties are serious in developing natural tourist attractions. This potential is what motivates Mr. Gunawan (56 years old) and Mrs. Krisma (55 years) who have lived and worked abroad for a long time to return to their homeland in Magelang, Central Java. They will build a business and live in the Banyuurip area, Magelang Regency. On the 5,030 m2 land he already owns, a business and residence will be built. The business to be built is a Consultant Office, Franchise Restaurant and small unique boutique hotel class accommodation. The desired theme is Green Building, which is a building where from the start of the planning, construction, operation to maintenance operations, it pays attention to aspects of protecting, conserving, reducing the use of natural resources, maintaining the quality of indoor air quality and paying attention to the health of its occupants . one of them is by utilizing solar power, natural air and rainwater to operate the building. KeywordS: Franchised Restaurants, Boutique Hotels, Offices, Residential Homes, Green Buildings Magelang memiliki alam yang asri, khas pedesaan dengan udara yang sejuk dan pemandangan alam yang fantastis. Pemerintah Daerah dan pihak-pihak swasta serius dalam mengembangkan tempat-tempat wisata alam. Potensi inilah yang melatar belakangi Bapak Gunawan (usia 56 tahun) dan ibu Krisma (usia 55 tahun) yang sudah lama tinggal dan bekerja di Luar Negeri ingin kembali ke tanah kelahirannya di Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Mereka akan membangun usaha dan tinggal di daerah Banyuurip Kabupaten Magelang. Di tanah seluas 5.030 m2 yang telah dimilikinya, akan dibangun tempat usaha dan tempat tinggal. Usaha yang akan dibangun adalah Kantor Konsultan, Restoran Waralaba dan Penginapan unik kecil kelas Hotel Butik. Tema yang diinginkan adalah Green Building, yaitu bangunan di mana sejak dimulai dalam tahap perencanaan, pembangunan, pengoperasian hingga dalam operasianal pemeliharaannya memperhatikan aspek-aspek dalam melindungi, menghemat, mengurangi pengunaan sumber daya alam, menjaga mutu dari kualitas udara didalam ruangan dan memperhatikan kesehatan penghuninya. salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan tenaga matahari, udara alami dan air hujan untuk mengoperasi bangunannya.
