Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisa Kinerja Ruas Jalan Dan Simpang Tidak Bersinyal (Studi Kasus Jln. Wibawa Mukti II-Simpang Sakura-Bekasi Nama : Nana Mardiana, Dosen Pembimbing : Andri Irfan Rifai, Dr, ST, MT, Tahun 2018 Sarana dan prasarana trasportasi yang baik akan menjdaikan kegiatan trasportasi lebih efisien. Kendala trasportsi kebanyakan terjadi pada persimpangan yang mempertemukan lebih dari arus kendaraaan. Kinerja simpang mempengaruhi efisiensi kinerja ruas jalan. Penelitian kinerja ruas jalan dan simpang pada simpang Sakura-Bekasi menggunakan acuan Buku Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Berdasarkan hasil survey pada simpang Sakura-Bekasi, volume kendaraan tertinggi terjadi pada sore hari Senin, 7 Mei 2018. Hasil dari perhitungan berdasarkan data hasil survei lapangan mendapatkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 1.29 dengan nilai Level Of Service F, menunjukan terhentinya arus kendaraan pada titik kemacetan seperti pertemuan jalur, kondisi penyalipan atau perbaikan lajur yang menyebabkan panjangnya antrian kendaraan. Untuk ruas jalan Wibawa Mukti II-Bekasi arus kendaraan masih tercatat stabil dengan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 0.84 dengan nilai Level Of Service D yang berarti tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan masih stabil.dari hasil penelitian mendapatkan alternatif untuk simpang Sakura-Bekasi dengan pelebaran jalan utama dan minor 1 meter, larangan jalan lurus dari arah jalan utama B ke jalan utama D yang di alihken jalan minor C. Hasil dari alternatif mendapatkan nilai Derjata Kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0.81 dengan nilai Level Of Service D yang berarti kondisi arus lalu lintas tinggi, tetapi kondisi arus masih ternilai stabil. ABSTRACT Title: The analysis of road segment and unsignal intersection (Case Study of Wibawa Mukti II- Sakura intersection-Bekasi) Name: Nana Mardiana, Supervisor: Andri Irfan Rifai, Dr, ST, MT, year of 2018 Good transportation facilities and infrastructure will make the activity of transportation more eficient. the problem of transportation happened mostly at intersection which has more then one vehicle flow. The performance of intersection influences the eficiency of road segment performance. The study of road and intersection performance in Sakura-Bekasi uses reference of Book Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Based on survey results in Sakura-Bekasi intersection, the highest vehicle volume occurred in the afternoon of Monday, May 7 th, 2018. The result of the calculation based on field survey result data got the value of Degree of Saturation (DS) of 1.29 with the value of Level Of Service F, shows the vehicle flow cessation at the poin of traffic jam such as the encounter of the road, the condition of the overtaking or the road reparation causing the queue length of the vehicles. In the road segment of Wibawa Mukti II-Bekasi, the vehicle flow is still recorded stable. From the result of the research get the alternative for intersection of Sakura-Bekasi by widening of main road and minor 1 meter, the prohibition of go straight from the direction of main road B to main road D which is diverted minor road C. The result of the alternative gets the value of Degree of Saturation (DS) of 0.81 with the value of Level of Service D which means that the condition of traffic flow is high, but the current condition is still stable.
