Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel yaitu disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Technocon Cipta Persada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 orang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel mengunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Technocon Cipta Persada, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Technocon Cipta Persada, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Technocon Cipta Persada dan secara simultan disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Technocon Cipta Persada. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the influence of the three variables, namely work discipline, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Technocon Copyright Persada. The population in this study was 103 people. The sample taken in this study amounted to 51 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Sample withdrawal method using proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. The results showed that partial work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Technocon Cipta Persada, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Technocon Cipta Persada, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees.
