Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, transformational leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction at PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. The population in this study were 79 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sample by taking all employees who work in the respondents in this study were 79 respondents. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data processing method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction. Employees of PT. ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University Jakarta Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh displin kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 79 Karyawan. PT ISS Indonesia di Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 79 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif likert. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
