Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh cashless society, food vlogger dan life style terhadap minat beli konsumen pada restoran korea. Variabel independen yang didapatkan dari hasil survei pendahuluan adalah cashless society, food vlogger dan life style. Sedangkan variabel dependent yang didapatkan adalah purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Populasinya adalah penduduk berwilayah tinggal di Tangerang dan Jakarta Barat, dengan sampel 140 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel cashless society berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, variabel food vlogger berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen serta variabel life style berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kata kunci : cashless society, food vlogger, life stylle, purhase intention, financial techonology, korean restaurant. This study aims to discuss the effect of cashless society, food vlogger and life style on consumer buying interest in Korean restaurant. The independent variables obtained from the preliminary survey results are cashless society, food vlogger and life style. While the dependent variable obtained is purchase intention. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. The population is the population living in Tangerang and West Jakarta, with a sample of 140 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the cashless society variable has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, the food vlogger variable has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest and the life style variable has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest.
