Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work stress, and work environment towards turnover intention. This research uses quantitative methods,and a sample of 37 respondents who are employee of Pos Indonesia Branch Tanah Abang by using convenience method and The data obtained were analyzed by using PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square) through the PLS software. The results of this study showed transformational leadership and work environment have negative significant effect toward turnover intention. Meanwhile work stress have positive significant effect toward turnover intention. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Stress, Work Environment, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan samplenya berjumlah 37 karyawan Pos Indonesia Cabang Tanah Abang dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Stres Kerja, Lingakungan Kerja, Turnover Intention
