Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan pemeliharaan radio komunikasi, biaya pemeliharaan radio komunikasi dan kualitas tenaga kerja radio komunikasi terhadap kinerja operasional radio komunikasi BPBD. Data diperoleh melalui survey di BPBD dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada operator radio BPBD provinsi se-Indonesia sebanyak 105 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sedangkan alat analisis menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel kegiatan pemeliharaan radio komunikasi, biaya pemeliharaan radio komunikasi dan kualitas tenaga kerja operator radio memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional radio komunikasi BPBD. Kata kunci: Manajemen Operasional, Kegiatan Pemeliharaa, Biaya Pemeliharaan, Kualitas Tenaga Kerja, Kinerja Operasional, Radio Komunikasi This research discusses on how the influence of radio communication maintenance activities, the radio communication maintenance fee and the radio communication quality labor toward bpbd radio communication operational performance. Data are collected through survey by spreading a questionnaire to the radio operator province bpbd in Indonesia to 105 people. The sampling techniques is using saturation sampling, while the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that all of the three variables, radio communication maintenance activities, the radio communication maintenance fee and the operator radio quality labor have influence toward bpbd radio communication operational performance.
