Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Disiplin dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa. Jenis penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatannya merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa yaitu sebanyak 236 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara non probabilitas dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel ditujukan kepada karyawan Managed Services Department PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa yaitu sebanyak 95 orang. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS. Hasil yang diharapkan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, dan (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Produktifitas Kerja, Beban Kerja, Disiplin, Gaya Kepemimpinan This study aims to analyze the influence of Workload, Discipline and Leadership Style on Employee Productivity at PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. In this study the population is all employees of PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa as many as 236 people. Sampling is done by non-probability by purposive sampling method. The sample is addressed to the employees of the Managed Services Department of PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa as many as 95 people. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model wherein the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS program. The expected results in this study are (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Productivity, (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, and (3) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity Keyword: Employee Productivity, Workload, Discipline and Leadership Style
