Abstract

West Jakarta is one of the big cities that is currently developing. In general, big cities become the center of activities, both industry, economy and government ... The problem that is often faced is the problem of irregular parking control bottlenecks which causes increased parking requirements. One of the physical facilities in the shopping center is the Jaya Slipi Plaza parking area. In this case the study area is Mall Slipi Plaza Jaya - West Jakarta. To predict parking requirements, an evaluation of the parking characteristics, including parking capacity, parking volume, parking angle pattern, parking accumulation, index & PTO, and prediction of parking needs is evaluated. For roads, while the survey is conducted, primary data collection is in the form of road geometric data, vehicle volume and side barriers, using research in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Road Capacities Manual (MKJI 1997). -The results of this study are the volume of vehicles entering the parking area on Tuesday 27 November 2018 as many as 389 cars and 411 motorcycles and on Sunday 2 December 2018 there were 459 cars and 648 motorcycles. The biggest parking accumulation on Tuesday as many as 43 cars took place between 13: 00-13: 59 WIB and as many as 36 motorbikes took place between 16: 00-16: 59 WIB because most of the visitors came to shop for their daily needs besides the 2nd December is approaching Christmas and the New Year raises a shopping tendency to welcome Christmas and New Year. Parking duration on Tuesday November 27 2018 the average car park is 5 hours 24 minutes and 4 hours 17 minutes for motorbikes. On Tuesday the biggest car parking index was 45.6% at 12:00 a.m.: 12: 59 WIB and 43.8% for motorcycles occurred on Tuesday at 3: 00-15: 59 WIB. The biggest Parking Turn Over is 2 vehicles / SRP / time of observation. Judging from the analysis of the road for survey speed at S Parman Road with Kemanggisan Road in the peak hours Morning, Afternoon and Afternoon possesses a level of service or Level of Service (LOS), namely E, E and F. This shows that there is a level of vehicle flow in the afternoon days when coming home from work. Jakarta Barat merupakan salah satu kota besar yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Pada umumnya kota-kota besar menjadi pusat kegiatan, baik industri, ekonomi, dan pemerintahan..Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi adalah masalah kemacetan pengendalian parkir yang tidak teratur yang menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan parkir. Adapun salah satu sarana fisik di pusat perbelanjaan yaitu area parkir Mall Slipi Plaza Jaya. Dalam hal ini wilayah studi adalah Mall Slipi Plaza Jaya – Jakarta Barat. Untuk memprediksi kebutuhan parkir dilakukan evaluasi dari hasil karakteristik parkir yang meliputi kapasitas parkir, volume parkir, pola sudut parkir, akumulasi parkir, indeks & PTO beserta prediksi kebutuhan parkir. Untuk ruas jalan, adapun survei yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, volume kendaraan serta hambatan samping, menggunakan penelitian sesuai dengan ketentuan Manual Kapasita Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997). -Hasil penelitian ini adalah Volume kendaraan yang masuk area parkir pada hari Selasa 27 November 2018 sebanyak 389 mobil dan 411 motor dan pada hari Minggu 2 Desember 2018 sebanyak 459 mobil dan 648 motor. Akumulasi parkir terbesar pada hari Selasa sebanyak 43 mobil terjadi antara pukul 13:00-13:59 WIB dan sebanyak 36 motor terjadi antara pukul 16:00-16:59 WIB karena pengunjung sebagian besar datang untuk belanja kebutuhan sehari-hari disamping itu tanggal 2 Desember mendekati Natal dan Tahun Baru menimbulkan kecenderungan belanja menyambut Natal dan Tahun Baru. Durasi parkir pada hari Selasa 27 November 2018 rata-rata parkir mobil adalah 5 jam 24 menit dan 4 jam 17 menit untuk motor. Pada hari Selasa Indeks parkir mobil terbesar adalah 45,6% pukul 12:00-12:59 WIB dan 43,8% untuk motor terjadi pada hari Selasa pukul 15:00-15:59 WIB. Parking Turn Over terbesar adalah 2 kendaraan/SRP/waktu pengamatan. Dilihat dari analisis ruas jalan untuk kecepatan survey di jalan S Parman dengan jalan Kemanggisan di jam puncak Pagi, Siang dan Sore memliki tingkat pelayanan atau Level of Service (LOS) yaitu E, E dan F. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi tingkat arus kendaraan pada sore hari saat pulang kerja.
