Abstract
Indonesia is currently stepping up its development in the field of infrastructure along with the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project. The MRT project will be carried out in the first phase starting from 2013-2020 ± 16 km. The project involved six local Indonesian contractors. Apart from the implementation of the contractor is required to be able to provide optimal performance results for the convenience of the user community. The optimal performance results are influenced by several factors including the skills possessed by employees in the field, namely Hard Skills and Soft Skills. The study was conducted on the six local contractors, with a total sample of 57 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale and technical data analysis using descriptive quantitative. The research variables are hard skill (X1), soft skill (X2) and project performance results (Y). Data from the research results were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods, from the questionnaires distributed to respondents and then analyzed. From the results of analysis on hard skills variables (X1) partially have a significant effect on performance outcome variables (Y), while the soft skills variable (X2) partially has no significant effect on performance outcome variables (Y), and on hard skills variables (X1 ) and soft skills (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on project performance outcome variables (Y). Whereas the percentage level based on Rsquare is 15.8% and the rest of 100% is 84.4% influenced by other factors. Keywords : Hard Skills, Soft Skills, Performance Results, Infrastructure Projects Negara Indonesia sedang meningkatkan pembangunan dibidang infrastruktur sepertai proyek Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). Proyek MRT dilaksanakan pada tahap pertama dimulai dari tahun 2013-2020 ±16 km. Proyek tersebut melibatkan enam kontraktor lokal Negara Indonesia. Terlepas dari pelaksanaanya kontraktor dituntut untuk dapat memberikan hasil kinerja yang optimal demi kenyamanan bagi masyarakat penggunanya. Hasil kinerja yang optimal dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan di lapangan yaitu Hard Skills dan Soft Skills. Penelitian dilakukan kepada keenam kontraktor lokal tersebut, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan teknis analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun variabel penelitian yaitu hard skill (X1), soft skill (X2) dan hasil kinerja proyek (Y). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden lalu dianalisa. Dari hasil analisis pada variabel hard skills (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil kinerja (Y), sedangkan pada variabel soft skills (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel hasil kinerja (Y), dan pada variabel hard skills (X1) dan soft skills (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil kinerja proyek (Y). Sedangkan untuk nilai tingkat persenasae berdasarkan Rsquare sebesar 15.8% dan sisanya dari 100% yaitu 84.4% dipengaruhi oleh factor lainnya.
