Abstract
JEC @ Kedoya Eye Hospital is a private hospital that provides quality eyeoriented health services. Quality services provided by the hospital is inseparable from the availability of medical equipment that is functioning properly and safely. This study aims to determine the priority rating of medical devices by calculating the critical weight of a medical device based on the assessment of criteria, sub criteria and grade with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of analysis with the AHP method concludes that the weight of the Risk criteria has the highest score (0.34), followed by Class (0.214), Age is (0.121), Degree of mission importance is (0.099), Recall and user error (0.095) ), function (0.075), and complexity of maintenance (0.057). For the sub criteria weights sequence is safety has the highest score (0.526), frequency of failure (0.166), failure detection capability (0.128), downtime (0.12), and repair costs 0.059. The selection of medical equipment maintenance strategies based on the analysis of TOPSIS method concludes the priority ranking is Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) of 0.889, Time Based Maintenance (TBM) of 0.768 and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of 0.076. The CBM strategy is the best choice for medical equipment with a high criticality score, followed by TBM strategy and CM strategy for medical equipment with a low criticality score. Key word : maintenance, medical device, ahp, topsis, criteria Rumah sakit mata JEC@Kedoya merupakan rumah sakit swasta penyedia layanan kesehatan khusus mata yang berorientasi pada kualitas. Pelayanan berkualitas yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit tidak terlepas dari ketersediaan peralatan medis yang berfungsi dengan baik dan aman.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat prioritas suatu alat medis berdasarkan perhitungan bobot kekritisan suatu alat medis. berdasarkan penilaian kriteria, sub kriteria dan grade dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil perhitungan dengan metode AHP didapatkan bahwa bobot criteria resiko memiliki bobot tertinggi (0,34), di urutan kedua adalah kelas alat (0,214), umur alat sebesar (0,121), tingkat kepentingan misi sebesar (0,099), Penarikan dan kesalahan pengguna (0,095), Fungsi (0,075), dan tingkat kerumitan pemeliharan (0,057). Untuk urutan bobot sub kriteria adalah Safety (keselamatan) memiliki bobot tertinggi (0,526), frekuensi kegagalan (0,166), kemampuan deteksi kegagalan (0,128), downtime (0,12), dan biaya perbaikan 0,059. Pemilihan strategi pemeliharaan peralatan medis berdasarkan kedekatan dengan solusi ideal menghasilkan urutan prioritas, yaitu Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) sebesar 0,889, Time Based Maintenance (TBM) sebesar 0,768 dan Corrective Maintenance (CM) sebesar 0,076. Strategi CBM menjadi pilihan untuk peralatan medis dengan skor kekritisan yang tinggi, diikuti oleh pilihan strategi TBM dan strategi CM untuk peralatan medis dengan skor kekritisan yang rendah.
