Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Stres Kerja terhadap Reputasi Organisasi dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus pada PT. Petrosea Tbk). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah karyawan PT. Petrosea Tbk. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dari 9 Divisi PT. Petrosea Tbk sebanyak 100 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling melalui PLS Versi 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (2) Stres Kerja tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reputasi Organisasi, (4) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reputasi Organisasi, dan (5) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Reputasi Organisasi, (6) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reputasi Organisasi dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening, dan (7) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Reputasi Organisasi dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening. Kata Kunci : Reputasi Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Job Stress on Organizational Reputation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening variable (Case Study at PT. Petrosea Tbk). In this study the research design used was a causal research design. The approach taken in this research is to use a quantitative approach. In thisstudy the population is employees at PT. Petrosea Tbk Jakarta Branch. While the samples in this study were taken from 9 Divisions of PT. Petrosea Tbk as many as 100 employees. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling through PLS Version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2) Job Stress is not significant on Organizational Commitment, (3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Reputation, (4) Leadership Style has a positive effect and significant on Organizational Reputation, and (5) Job Stress has no significant effect on Organizational Reputation, (6) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Reputation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable, and (7) Job Stress has no significant effect on Organizational Reputation with Organizational Commitment as Intervening Variables.
