Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, workload and employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The object of research is all employees who work at PT MNC Sky Vision retention section with a population of 80 people. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 80 people. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) SmartPLS analysis tool. The results showed that the effect of compensation had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style and Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah semua karyawan yang bekerja di PT MNC Sky Vision bagian retention dengan populasi 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
