Abstract

This research aim to know the influence Education Levels and Training to employe performance. With population of 40 people and the object for this research is employes pada PT. Bank Capital Indonesia Frontliner Division. The sampling technique used was saturtated by taking the entire population. Data analysis with used Partial Least Square ( smart –PLS) versi 3.0. The result of this research shows that education level (X1) has influence significant Employe Performance (Y), training (X2) influence positive and no significant on Employe Performance (Y). The conclusion of this research is in the result of r-square value of 0.331 which in can be interpreted that construct employee performance variable explained by construct variables education and training level equal to 33% while 67% explained by other variable outside research. Key Words : Education Levels, Training, Employe Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 40 orang dan objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Bank Capital Indonesia Bagian Frontliner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) sebagai teknik penentuan sampelnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (smart –PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam hasil nilai R- square sebesar 0.331 yang dapat diinterprestasikan bahwa variabel konstruk kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh variabilitas konstruk Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan sebesar 33% sedangkan 67% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Kinerja Karyawan
