Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Victoria. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada CV. Victoria. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Victoria. Dan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Victoria. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t). Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan CV. Victoria. This study was to determine the effect of workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance on CV. Victoria. The object of this research is a company that works at CV. Victoria. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using quantitative descriptive. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partial variables related to employee performance, work motivation not to employees, and work discipline improve employee performance at CV. Victoria. And simultaneously shows the variable workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Victoria.
