Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Baja Marga Kharisma Utama Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Baja Marga Kharisma Utama bagian Produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 132 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This research is to know the effect of Compensation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Baja Marga Kharisma Utama Jakarta. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Baja Marga Kharisma Utama for Production. This research was conducted on 132 respondents using a quantitative approach. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
