Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Pada Karyawan KSO APS ISS Cleaning Services. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organiasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). At KSO APS Cleaning Services Employees. The population in this study was 80 people. The sample used is a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
