Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Iklim Organisasi ,Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Rafindo Putra Perkasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kausal. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui survey dan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh.Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Rafindo Putra Perkasa sebanyak 57 responden.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Produktivitas. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Iklim Organisasi, Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja,Produktivitas This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Climate, Work Stress and Work Environment on the Productivity of Employees of PT. Rafindo Putra Perkasa. The research method used in this study is a causal research method. Data collection methods were obtained through surveys and questionnaires. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample. The subjects of this study were all employees of PT. Rafindo Putra Perkasa as many as 57 respondents. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of the research show that Organizational Climate has a positive and Significant effect on Productivity. Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on productivity. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Keywords: Organizational Climate, Work Stress, Work Environment, Productivity
