Abstract

The Government of DKI Jakarta has built a new system of rail-based mass transportation, Light Rail Transit (LRT) as an effort to unravel congestion in the city of Jakarta. LRT Jakarta Corridor 1 (Phase 1) is planned to operate on a 5.8 km route from Kelapa Gading to Rawamangun. The analysis conducted in this study includes the potential demand, load factor, and cross-train capacity. Based on the results of operational analysis, the total movement in 2019 was 63,559 people / day on holidays and 72,146 people / day on weekdays. The number of Jakarta LRT users is predicted to increase by 5% each year. The highest load factor value in the condition of full load in the existing year is 51%, in 2024 is 33%, in 2029 is 68% and in 2039 is 148%. The largest value of cross capacity is at the Pulomas - Equestrian station segment which is 769 trains / day. Keywords: LRT, demand, load factor, cross capacity Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta membangun suatu sistem baru berupa transportasi massal berbasis rel yaitu Light Rail Transit (LRT) sebagai upaya mengurai kemacetan di Kota Jakarta. LRT Jakarta Koridor 1 (Fase 1) direncanakan akan beroperasi pada rute sepanjang 5,8 km dari Kelapa Gading sampai ke Rawamangun. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain potensi demand, load factor, dan kapasitas lintas kereta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis operasional diperoleh total pergerakan pada tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 63.559 orang/hari di hari libur dan 72.146 orang/hari di hari kerja. Jumlah pengguna LRT Jakarta diprediksi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5% tiap tahun. Nilai load factor tertinggi pada kondisi beban muatan penuh di tahun eksisting adalah sebesar 51%, tahun 2024 adalah sebesar 33%, tahun 2029 adalah sebesar 68% dan tahun 2039 adalah sebesar 148%. Nilai kapasitas lintas terbesar adalah pada ruas stasiun Pulomas – Equestrian yaitu sebesar 769 KA/hari. Kata kunci : LRT, demand, load factor, kapasitas lintas
