Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Beautika Slim Xpress. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research uses a quantitative approach with causal research. The population numbered 50, which the total population met the criteria as a sample. Research data relating to organizational culture, work motivation, and work environment using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that: (1) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Beautika Slim Xpress. Data yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan riset kausal. Populasi berjumlah 50, yang mana total populasi memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Data penelitian yang berkaitan dengan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.
