Abstract
The aim of this research is to describe and understand Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Islamic perspective (application of piety) of ITL Trisakti employees in Jakarta. This is a study case research with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation and interview. The informants of this study are employees of ITL Trisakti. This thesis is the effort to study scientifically the meaning of OCB in Islamic perspective, and how is piety implemented. Good comprehension of the subjects over piety and its internalization has shaped and formed OCB. Regarding OCB of ITL Trisakti employee it can be inferred that athe dimension of altruism, civic virtue, advocating high moral standards and, removal of harm were all notice. Piety can be a discourse in educational institution research and contributes to achieve organizational goals. Keywords: ocb, ocb in islamic perspective, piety Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan memahami Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dalam perspektif Islam (aplikasi takwa) pada karyawan ITL Trisakti Jakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Informan penelitian adalah karyawan di ITL Trisakti. Hasil penelitian ini telah menjadi bagian dari usaha yang mengkaji secara ilmiah tentang OCB dalam perspektif Islam, kemudian bagaimana aplikasi takwa. Faktor-faktor tersebut ketika diperhatikan dan diterapkan para manajer SDM akan menghasilkan tingkat kinerja yang lebih tinggi. Pemahaman yang baik dan internalisasi dari nilai nilai ketakwaan, melahirkan perilaku atau terbentuknya OCB. Mengenai OCB dalam pespektif Islam karyawan ITL Trisakti, secara umum dapat difahami bahwa dimensi altruism, civic virtue, advocating high moral standards dan removal of harm, hampir semua didemostrasikan oleh informan. Takwa dapat menjadi diskursus dalam penelitian di institusi pendidikan dan berkontribusi terhadap tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Kata kunci: ocb, ocb perspektif islam, takwa
