Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of location, price, product and brand image on decision to stay overnight at hotel. In addition, to determine which variables that most influence on decision to stay overnight at hotel. The population in this research is the guest of Ibis Manado City Center Hotel who was stayed and samples used were 400 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is Non Probablity Sampling used accidental technic, and then the results of the analysis of the data processed using SEM software. This result showed that location, price, and brand image effect on decision for stay overnight, and then product not effect on decision for stay overnight. Operating management should maintenance brand image, price and location so that guest make the decision to stay overnight. Keywords: Location, Price, Product, Brand Image, Decision for Stay Overnight, Ibis Manado City Center Hotel Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, harga, produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan menginap di hotel. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan untuk menginap di hotel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu yang menginap di Hotel Ibis Manado City Center dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 400 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Non Probablity Sampling menggunakan teknik aksidental, dan kemudian hasil analisis data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SEM. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, harga, dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap, dan kemudian produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap. Manajemen operasi harus menjaga citra merek, harga, dan lokasi sehingga tamu membuat keputusan untuk menginap.
