Abstract
PT. Pratama Abadi Industri is one of the world's quality shoe manufacturers, which has various types of products. In the sewing production process, the manufacturing flow is still dominated by human labor and production aids such as press machines. In the process there are often errors that result in products that are not as expected by the company and there are also production operator errors in measuring the level of product defects. Therefore we want to know whether the factors that influence the measurement results and measurement system have been acceptable or not. By using the measurement data of the three types of product grade conducted by three inspectors, the results show that the inspector, method and environment factors have a significant influence on the measurement results and the results of the Assessment agreement analysis that the measurement system at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri unacceptable. Keywords: Measurement System Analysis, Inspector, Assessment Agreement PT. Pratama Abadi Industri merupakan salahsatu produsen sepatu kualitas dunia, yangmempunyai beragam jenis produk. Dalamproses produksi sewing alur pembuatan masih didominasi olehtenaga kerja manusia dan alat bantu produksi seperti mesin press. Dalam pengerjaannya seringkali terdapat kesalahan yang mengakibatkan produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai yang diharapkan perusahaan dan juga terdapat kesalahan operator produksi dalam pengukuran tingkat cacat produk . Oleh karena itu ingin diketahui apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil pengukurandan sistem pengukuran (measurement system) telahacceptable atau tidak. Dengan menggunakan data hasilpengukuran terhadap tiga jenis grade produk yang dilakukan oleh tiga inspektor diperoleh hasil bahwafaktor inspektor, metode dan lingkungan memberikanpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pengukuran sertahasil analisis Assessment agreement bahwa sistem pengukuran di PT. Pratama Abadi Industri unacceptable. Kata Kunci : Measurement System Analysis, Inspector, Assessment Agreement
