Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity and company size to firm value (PBV) in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014- 2018. The sample selection used in this study used a saturated sample method and obtained 23 companies as samples. Research data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The more appropriate method used is the fixed effect. Partially it shows that the current ratio variable has a negative and insignificant effect, the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect, return on equity has a positive and insignificant effect, and company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV). Keyword : company value, price book value (PBV), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (PBV), and company size (SIZE). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 23 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah fixed effect. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel current ratio berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, debt equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, return on equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci : nilai perusahaan, price book value (PBV), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (PBV), dan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE).
