Abstract

In terms of the use of costs, formwork is the largest cost component in concrete work on a construction project. The cost for formwork ranges from 40% -60% of the cost of concrete work or around 10% of the total construction cost (Award S. Hanna, 1999). Choosing the right formwork implementation method will have maximum effect on efficiency both in terms of time and cost in the project. This study is a comparison of two formwork methods of cost and time in the Surabaya Satoria Office project. Data collection in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of field observation and interview results, as well as secondary data in the form of shop drawings, project schedules, general and technical specifications, and analysis of work unit prices. Then, after data collection, the authors discuss the cost and time analysis of conventional formwork and aluminum formwork. The data processing method uses Microsoft Excel software so that the final result will be obtained in the form of the difference in cost and time which is the conclusion of this study. The results of this study indicate that from the cost aspect, shearwall work using aluminum formwork has a greater cost, which is Rp641,487,760,- greater with a difference of Rp86,056,643,- compared to the cost of shearwall work using conventional formwork which has a cost value of Rp. 555,431,117, -. In terms of time, shearwall work using aluminum formwork requires 154 working days to complete, 8 working days faster than shearwall work using conventional formwork which requires 162 working days to implement. Keywords: Cost, Aluminum Formwork, Conventional Formwork, Comparison, Time, Dalam hal penggunaan biaya, formwork merupakan komponen biaya yang paling besar dalam pekerjaan beton pada proyek konstruksi. Biaya untuk formwork berkisar antara 40%-60% dari biaya pekerjaan beton atau berkisar 10% dari biaya total konstruksi (Award S. Hanna, 1999). Maka dari itu, Pemilihan metode pelaksanaan formwork atau bekisting yang tepat akan berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi secara maksimal baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya di proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan perbandingan dua metode formwork terhadap biaya dan waktu pada proyek Satoria Office Surabaya. Pengumpulan data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer berupa data observasi lapangan dan hasil wawancara, serta data sekunder berupa shop drawing, schedule proyek, spesifikasi umum dan teknis, serta analisa harga satuan pekerjaan. Kemudian setelah pengumpulan data penulis melakukan pembahasan analisis biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan formwork konvensional dan formwork aluminium. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software microsoft excel hingga nantinya didapatkan hasil akhir berupa besaran selisih biaya dan waktu yang merupakan kesimpulan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari aspek biaya, pekerjaan shearwall menggunakan formwork alumunium memiliki nilai biaya yang lebih besar yakni sebesar Rp641.487.760,- lebih besar dengan selisih sebesar Rp86.056.643,- dibandingkan dengan biaya pekerjaan shearwall menggunakan formwork konvensional yang memiliki nilai biaya sebesar Rp555.431.117,-. Dari segi waktu, pekerjaan shearwall menggunakan formwork alumunium membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan 154 hari kerja lebih cepat 8 hari kerja dibandingkan dengan waktu pekerjaan shearwall menggunakan formwork konvensional yang membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan 162 hari kerja.
