Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational justice, and work stress on organizational commitment at PT. Satwika Permai Indah. The study population is all permanent employees who have worked for more than one year at PT. Satwika Permai Indah, which numbered 51 people and all of them were sampled so that this study was a research with saturated samples. Data retrieval is done by distributing research questionnaires to respondents in the research location. Data obtained were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. And work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice, Job Stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Satwika Permai Indah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun di PT. Satwika Permai Indah yang berjumlah 51 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel sehinggga penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada responden di lokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis mengunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Keadilan Organisasi, Stres Kerja.
