Abstract
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is known as extra-role behavior, is an important factor for the organization to maintain the survival and achievement of organizational goals. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is very effective to be applied in human resource management because it can direct employees to provide performance that is more than just carrying out their formal duties. This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational justice, and organizational commitment to employee at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 Tangerang Selatan. The research was quantitative study with a population of all school employees as many as 70 people. The sampling technique used nonpropability sampling, namely saturated samples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis was performed using a simple correlation analysis method and multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS version 23. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational justice, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) either partially or simultaneously. Keywords: organizational culture, organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Organizational Citizenhip Behavior (OCB) yang dikenal dengan istilah extra-role behavior merupakan faktor penting bagi organisasi untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Organizational Citizenhip Behavior (OCB) sangat efektif diterapkan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena dapat mengarahkan karyawan untuk memberikan kinerja yang lebih dari sekedar menjalankan tugas formalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, keadilan organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap pegawai di SMK Letris Indonesia 1 Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan seluruh pegawai sekolah sebanyak 70 orang sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonpropability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis korelasi sederhana dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, keadilan organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenhip Behavior (OCB) baik secara parsial atau bersamaan.
