Abstract

Vibration is an back and forth motion or oscillating motion from an object that has a mass and has elasticity such as a mass spring system. The vibration phenomenon occurs in free vibration or forced vibration is still difficult to understand by students who took field of Machine Vibration Studies. The author conducted a experiment on a 4 stroke 100cc engine vibration test device as a experiment tool to determine the phenomenon of vibration forces. The method will using three different rounds and three different axis. The vibration measurement process are carried out with Soko Ono Vibration Analyzer and the Kohtect 107B Magnetic Sensor. The author has done this reaserch at The Vibration Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Study Program at the University of Mercu Buana. The result is if amplitude every vibration are obtained, the author will validates with the matlab program. In the preventive maintaine based on vibration was found frequency characteristics in damaged bearing conditions tended to increased with increasing rotation and shifting from the normal frequency to a higher frequency as a result from damaged the bearing in the head block. Keyword: Bearing, Forced Muffled Vibration, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor,Matlab. Getaran merupakan gerak bolak-balik atau gerak osilasi dari suatu benda yang mempunyai massa dan mempunyai elastisitas seperti sistem pegas massa. Namun fenomena getaran yang terjadi, baik itu getaran bebas maupun getaran paksa, masih sangat sulit di pahamin oleh mahasiswa yang mengambil bidang studi ilmu getaran mesin. Dalam pengujian ini penulis melakukan pengujian pada alat uji coba getaran mesin 4 stroke 100cc sebagai alat eksperimen untuk mengetahui fenomena gaya getaran. Metode dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga putaran yang berbeda, dan tiga sumbu yang berbeda. Dalam pengujian ini pengukuran vibrasi dilakukan dengan alat Vibration Analyzer Ono Sokki, dengan alat Magnetic Sensor Kohtect 107B. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Vibrasi Prodi Teknik Mesin Universitas Mecu Buana. setelah amplitudo tiap masing-masing getaran didapat, maka penulis akan menvalidasi hasilnya dengan program matlab. Dalam preventive maintane berbabis getaran pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa karakteristik frekuensi dalam keadaan bearing rusak cenderung naik dengan naiknya putaran dan terjadi pergeseran dari frekuensi normal ke frekuensi yang lebih tinggi akibat adanya kerusakan pada bearing di blok head. Kata Kunci: Bantalan, Getaran Teredam Paksa, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor,Matlab.
