Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Perception of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo (Cengkareng Branch, West Jakarta) Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo. This research was conducted on 61 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEMPLS) of saturated sample populations. The results of this study prove that Organizational Citizenship Behavior Perceptions of Organizational Support do not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Trust does not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment has no influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceptions of Organizational Support affect Organizational Commitment, Organizational Trust influences Organizational Behavior at PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo (branch of Cengkareng, West Jakarta) Keywords: Perception of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepercayaan Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo (Cabang Cengkareng Jakarta Barat) Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 61 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) populasi sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi tidak bepengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepercayaan Organisasi tidak bepengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen Organizasi tidak bepengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Kepercayaan Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di di PT.
