Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transactional leadership and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Prima Ufuk Universe. The population in this study were 80 employees of PT. Prima Ufuk Universe. The sample used was 80 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. This research proves that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that the higher the transactional leadership, the more employee performance will improve. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the higher team collaboration will further improve employee performance. Keywords: Transactional Leadership, Team Cooperation and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawa Pada PT. Prima Ufuk Semesta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan PT. Prima Ufuk Semesta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 80 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepemimpinan transaksional maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kerjasama tim maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kerjasama Tim dan Kinerja Karyawan.
