Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of workload and compensation on turnover intention. Population in this research is employees of PT. Microchem Indonesia project site west mall Grand Indonesia, amounting to 67 people with a sample of 57 people using convenience sampling. Hypothesis testing using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, workload variable have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and compensastion have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) workload and compensation both have influence to turnover intention equal to 61,9. Keywords: workload, compensation, turnover intention, PT. Microchem Indonesia Project site west mall Grand Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Microchem Indonesia site proyek west mall Grand Indonesia yang berjumlah 67 orang dengan sampel 57 orang menggunakan convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Dari hasil penghitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) beban kerja dan kompensasi keduanya mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention sebesar 61,9%. Kata kunci: beban kerja, kompensasi, turnover intention, PT. Microchem Indonesia site Proyek west mall Grand Indonesia.
