Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation, and career on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ Indonesia, the respondents used were 116 employees who worked at the office of PT. XYZ Indonesia. The data is processed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 24. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on turnover intention with a t-value of 3,301 > 0,1840 and a significance value (sig.) 0,001 <0,05, Compensation influences Turnover Intention with a t-count of -2,263> 0,1840 and a significance value (sig.) 0,026 <0,05 and Career influences Turnover Intention with a t-count value of -2,121> 0,1840 and a significance value (sig .) 0,036 <0,05. Keywords: transformational leadership, compensation, career, intention to move Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, dan karir terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. XYZ Indonesia, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 116 karyawan yang bekerja dikantor PT. XYZ Indonesia. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai t – hitung sebesar 3,301 > 0,1840 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,001 < 0,05, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai t –hitung sebesar -2,263 > 0,1840 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,026 < 0,05 dan Karir berpengaruh terhadapt Turnover Intention dengan nilai t – hitung sebesar -2,121 > 0,1840 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,036 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, karir, niat untuk pindah.
