Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influences of situational leadership, extrinsic motivation, and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in the state civil servants at Pandeglang County, Banten Province. This research is a comparative causal study using quantitative research method. Based on the calculation of the Slovin formula with 5% error. Number of samples for this study were 386 respondents from a population of 10,665 civil servants (ASN) employees using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership on employee Organizatonal Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of extrinsic motivation on employee OCB; (3) there is a positive and significant influance of intrinsic motivation on employee OCB; there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership, extrinsic motivation, and intrinsic motivation simultaneously on employee OCB . Extrinsic motivation has the biggest influence on employee OCB. Management in the district government of Pandeglang is advised to ensure and pay close attention to the application of situational leadership, extrinsic motivation, and strong intrinsic motivation to improve employee OCB. Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, situational leadership, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada aparatur sipil negara di pemerintahan daerah kabupaten pandeglang provinsi banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal komparatif menggunakan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan yang ditoleransi sebesar 5%. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah sebanyak 386 orang responden dari populasi 10.665 pegawai ASN dengan pemilihan secara proportional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisa dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan situasional terhadap OCB pegawai; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap OCB pegawai; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB pegawai; terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan motivasi intrinsik secara simultan terhadap OCB pegawai. Motivasi ekstrinsik memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap OCB pegawai. Manajemen di pemerintahan daerah kabupaten pandeglang disarankan agar memastikan dan memberikan perhatian secara seksama penerapan kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan motivasi intrinsik yang kuat untuk memperbaiki OCB pegawai.
