Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture of Turnover Intention (Case Study of Bank Indonesia). In this study the research design used was a causal research design. The approach taken in this research is to use a quantitative approach. In this study the population is Bank Indonesia Jakarta Head Office as many as 820 employees with the criteria of employees with the rank of staff and assistant managers aged 20-36 years. The research uses the Slovin formula because in sampling. The results showed that (1) Work Motivation had a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Work Environment had a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (3) Organizational Culture had a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keyword: Turnover Intention, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention (Studi Kasus Bank Indonesia). Dalam penelitian ini desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan Bank Indonesia Kantor Pusat Jakarta sebanyak 820 karyawan dengan kriteria karyawan dengan pangkat staf dan asisten manajer berusia 20-36 Tahun. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin karena dalam penarikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
