Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, and work safety during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of workers at Terminal 1A Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The object of this research is the workers at Terminal 1A Soekarno-Hatta Airport. This research was conducted on 100 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The method of data collection in this study was to conduct a survey directly on the object of research, namely workers at Terminal 1A Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The questionnaire is an instrument for collecting data which is done by giving a set of questions or written statements to the respondent to be answered. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. This study proves that job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Training, Work Discipline, Work Safety, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan keselamatan kerja pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja pekerja di Terminal 1A Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Objek penelitian ini adalah para pekerja di Terminal 1A Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan survei secara langsung pada obyek penelitian, yaitu pekerja di Terminal 1A Bandara Soekarno- Hatta.Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Kuesioner merupakan instrumenpengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau peryataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawabnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
