Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Workload and Motivation on Work Productivity of PT. Bolesca Foodindo Jakarta. The research design used by the author in this study is quantitative research. The variable measurement method used in this study is the Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bolesca Foodindo Jakarta with staff positions up to supervisors and a working period of 2 and 5 years, namely a total of 60 people. As for this study, sampling using saturated samples. In this questionnaire data, researchers used a Likert scale in the choice of answers. The analytical method used in this study using PLS Version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on Work Productivity, and (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. Keyword: Work Productivity, Leadership Style, Workload, Motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Bolesca Foodindo Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengukuran variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bolesca Foodindo Jakarta dengan jabatan staff sampai dengan supervisor dan masa kerja 2 hingga 5 tahun yaitu sejumlah 60 orang. Adapun pada penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Dalam data kuisioner ini peneliti menggunakan Skala Likert dalam pilihan jawaban. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan PLS Versi 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, dan (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.
