Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of workload, leadership style on work stress, its impact on PT. Bernus Perdana. The object of this research is the employees of PT Bernus Perdana. This research was conducted on 55 employees using the proportionate random sampling method. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results of this study stated the positive and significant influence of Workload on Work Stress, Workload on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style on Work Stress, Leadership Style on Turnover Intention, Work Stress on Turnover Intention Keywords: Workload, Leadership Style on Job Stress, Impact on Turnover Intention . Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja, dampaknya terhadap PT. Bernus Perdana. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bernus Perdana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 55 karyawan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan pengaruh positif dan signifikan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja, beban kerja terhadap turnover intensi, gaya kepemimpinan pada stres kerja, gaya kepemimpinan pada turnover, stres kerja pada turnover intensi. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan tentang Stres Kerja, Dampak terhadap Intensi Turnover.
