Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational crocodiles on player performance through mediating the job satisfaction of the players at the Bintang Pratama Basketball Club. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanative design. The population in this study were 18 club members and the number of samples was taken as a whole from the total population. The data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SEM with the PLS version 3.2.9 program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture directly influence job satisfaction and performance of the Bintang Pratama Basketball Club players. Player job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bintang Pratama Basketball Club players. Job Satisfaction is proven to mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Bintang Pratama Basketball Club Players. Thus it is recommended that management recruit a coach who has a vision that can spur player performance, and continues to be creative in providing attractive training programs so that players are always interested in new things in the training given. In addition, it creates a culture of being open to others. Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Player Performance Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan biaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pemain melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja pemain pada Klub Bola Basket Bintang Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota klub berjumlah 18 orang dan jumlah sampel di ambil secara keseluruhan dari total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan program PLS versi 3.2. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pemain Klub Bola Basket Bintang Pratama. Kepuasan kerja pemain terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemain Klub Bola Basket Bintang Pratama. Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pemain Klub Bola Basket Bintang Pratama. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada pihak manajemen untuk merekrut pelatih yang mempunyai visi yang dapat memacu kinerja pemain, dan terus berkreasi dalam memberikan program pelatihan yang menarik agar pemain selalu merasa tertarik dengan hal-hal baru dalam pelatihan yang diberikan. Selain itu menciptakan budaya saling bersikap terbuka kepada orang lain. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pemain
