Abstract
This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the influences of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at XYZ Organization. The population in this study were all employees at XYZ Organization, amounting to 113 employees. The sample method used is non-probability samplin using saturated sampling. The method of data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of Smart PLS software version 3.2.9. The results in this study indicate that both transformational leadership and organizational culture have direct positive and significant influences on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behavior has positively and significantly mediated partly the influences of both transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Organisasi XYZ. Penelitiaan ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2020 di Organisasi XYZ. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Organisasi XYZ yang berjumlah 113 pegawai. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, organizational citizenship behavior secara positif dan signifikan berperan memediasi secara sebagian dan tidak langsung pada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Organisasi XYZ.
