Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource management information system, organizational culture, and work stress on the commitment of employees of PT. Advance Medicare Corpora. Population in this research is 125 respondents PT. Advance Medicare Corpora. The sample used is 96 respondents, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that human resource management information system have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment and work stress has a positive and significant effect on the commitment of employees at PT. Advance Medicare Corpora Jakarta. Keywords: human resource management information system, organizational culture, work stress, employee commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan PT. Advance Medicare Corpora. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden PT. Advance Medicare Corpora. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 96 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan di PT. Advance Medicare Corpora Jakarta. Kata Kunci: sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi, stres kerja, komitmen karyawan
