Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on employee commitment at the PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah. This research was conducted on 147 respondents with a systematic random method and accidental sampling. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS 25.0 in the multiple liner analysis model, it shows that career development variables have a positive but insignificant effect on the weak but not significant and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment to the organization, and career development and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment to the organization. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable was 52.4%. In the results of the inter-dimensional correlation test, the variable dimensions of career development, work performance, have a strong enough effect on continuance commitment, while the dimensions of job satisfaction variables that have a strong enough influence are promotion opportunities that can affect affective commitment and continuance commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan pada organisasi PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 147 responden dengan pengambilan metode acak sistematis dan accidental sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.0 pada model analisis liner berganda menunjukan variable pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif namun lemah tidak signifikan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan pada organisasi, serta pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan pada organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefien determinasi diperoleh besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 52.4%. Pada hasil uji korelasi antar dimensi, pada dimensi variabel pengembangan karir prestasi kerja dimensi yang cukup kuat pengaruhnya terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan sedangkan pada dimensi variabel kepuasan kerja yang memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat adalah kesempatan promosi yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen afektif dan komitmen beerkelanjutan.
